REPAIRS

Tools are disassembled, cleaned and checked to determine the full extent of repair required. ALL MECHANICAL PARTS - Including gears, spindles, bearings and housings are inspected for wear or damage. ALL ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS - Including switches, cords, armatures, fields and brushes are thoroughly inspected and tested. Armatures are turned and undercut. ALL CORDS AND PLUGS - Unsafe, damaged, or modified 2 and 3 wire cords or plugs are replaced with an approved cord and plug to comply with Federal Regulations effective February 15, 1972. UPON COMPLETION - Your tool is completely tested using modern equipment to assure its being restored both mechanically and electrically to a "like new" condition.

ESTIMATES

If repair cost exceeds 40% of the suggested industry list price of a new tool - you will be given an estimate for approval before repair is completed. Returned unprepaired tools are returned disassembled. Assembled unprepaired tools are unsafe and potentially dangerous. An $11.50 or $25.00 minimum labor charge is charged for estimated tools returned not repaired depending on type of tool.

WARRANTY REPAIRS

Customers should advise us of repairs expected under warranty. If not advised, we judge all parts and components as tools being inspected. If you expect warranty and cannot justify - we will advise you prior to completing the repair.
